These terms and conditions govern the use of the website sebastianmarin.net and the purchase of digital products and services offered by Sebastián Marín Carvajal, a B2B marketing consultant based in Santiago, Chile.

By using this site or purchasing any of the products or services offered here, you accept these terms in full.

2. Consulting services

Consulting services (Fractional CMO, workshops, membership and diagnostic sessions) are contracted directly between the client and Sebastián Marín. The specific conditions of each service, including rates, scope and duration, are set in writing before the commercial relationship begins.

Free diagnostic sessions included with digital products are informational and do not represent a hiring commitment by either party.

3. Digital products

Digital products (kits, guides, templates and downloadable resources) are sold through external payment platforms such as Gumroad. By purchasing a digital product you accept the following conditions:

• Access to the product is immediate after payment is confirmed.
• Files are for the buyer's personal and professional use. Resale, distribution or reproduction in whole or in part without written authorization is not permitted.
• Future updates to the product, when they exist, are included at no additional cost.
• The price is charged in US dollars (USD). Conversion to local currency is the responsibility of the buyer's bank or payment method.

4. Refund policy

Consulting services contracted directly have their own condition, published on each service's page:

• Compass Session: if at the end of the session you feel it was not worth the USD 120, the payment is refunded. No questions asked.
• NORTE Diagnostic: if the delivered document does not make clear what to do first, the full payment is refunded.
• Fractional CMO: no minimum-term contract. Billing is month to month and, if after the first month it is not a fit, nothing more is charged.

5. Prices and promotions

Prices published on the site may change without prior notice. Early-bird promotions are limited and apply until the stated quota is exhausted. Once that quota is exceeded, the price automatically moves to the regular value.

6. Intellectual property

All content published on this website, including texts, designs, images, guides, templates and the materials of the digital products, is the property of Sebastián Marín Carvajal, unless otherwise stated.

Reproduction, distribution, transformation or public communication of any content without the express written authorization of the author is prohibited.

7. Privacy and personal data

This site uses Google Tag Manager to measure traffic and browsing behavior in an anonymous, aggregated way. No personal data is collected without the user's consent.

Contact details that users provide voluntarily (for example, when subscribing to the newsletter or booking a session) are used exclusively for the requested communication and are not shared with third parties.

The newsletter is managed through Substack. By subscribing you also accept that platform's terms of use. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email you receive.

8. Limitation of liability

The products and services offered are designed as professional support tools. Results depend on multiple external factors and on the user's effort, so no specific business results are guaranteed.

Sebastián Marín Carvajal is not responsible for business decisions made on the basis of the site's content, the digital products or the consulting services.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. The current version will always be available on this page with the date of the last update. Continued use of the site after a change implies acceptance of the new terms.
