B2B Strategy Workshops

Sessions are prepared for whoever will be in the room. The base content exists, but the focus, the examples and the exercises are designed for that company and that moment.

What it is

Live working sessions for marketing, sales or leadership teams. From half a day to a full day, in person or remote. Preparation includes a prior diagnostic session to understand the team's real context and what it expects to achieve. No two workshops are the same because no two companies are the same.

Who it is for

Teams that feel they are doing things but without a clear direction. Or that have been stuck with the same problems for a while without really moving forward. Also for companies that want to align marketing, sales and leadership around a shared strategy, before the lack of alignment costs time and money.

What changes

The team leaves with a clear framework and something concrete to do the next day. Every workshop closes with decisions made, not open tasks. The judgment stays with the people, not in the slides.

Three ways to work together

The right format depends on the topic, the size of the team and the depth you want to reach. We define it together in the preliminary call.

Format 1
Intensive workshop
Half day · 3–4 h

To tackle one specific problem in depth. Diagnosis, working framework and action plan in a single session. Ideal for teams that already share context and need a push of clarity in one concrete area: positioning, pipeline, value proposition or metrics.

Format 2
Full workshop
Full day · 6–7 h

For teams that need to rebuild strategy from the ground up or align leadership, marketing and sales around a common plan. Includes diagnosis, group work, synthesis and concrete commitments. The most used format when the company is at an inflection point.

Format 3
Session series
3–5 sessions · 2–3 h each

For transformation processes that need implementation time between sessions. Each session covers one topic of the NORTE Method and leaves concrete tasks for the next. It works well when the team wants to learn by doing, not just listening.

What people ask me before hiring

Are the workshops generic or prepared for each client?
They are always prepared for whoever will be in the room. Before each workshop I run a diagnostic session with the client to understand the context, the team's specific problems and what they expect to achieve. The base content exists, but the focus, the examples and the exercises are designed for that company and that moment.
What formats are available?
There are three main formats: half day (3–4 hours), full day (6–7 hours) and workshop series (3 to 5 sessions of 2–3 hours each, spread over several weeks). The right format depends on the topic, the size of the team and the depth you want to reach.
Can they be run remotely?
Yes. Remote workshops work well when the team is comfortable with video calls and groups are up to 15 people. For larger groups, or when the goal is cultural change, the in-person format has more impact. We work with the tool your team already uses: Zoom, Teams, Google Meet.
How many people are they designed for?
Workshops work best with groups of 4 to 20 people. With fewer than 4, the format becomes a consulting session. With more than 20, a different dynamic with subgroups is needed. Both cases can be adapted, but we need to talk it through beforehand.
What happens after the workshop?
Every workshop closes with a written summary of decisions made and concrete actions for the next 30 days. Not slides nobody reads: specific commitments, owners and deadlines. Optionally, a follow-up session can be included 30 days later to review progress.

Tell me the context and in 15 minutes we will see if it makes sense.

There is no proposal without a diagnosis. First I understand your team, then I tell you whether a workshop is what they need, and which one.
